What happens in The Wake Up Call?

We start with you, exactly as you are. No preparation needed, just show up and we'll find the thread together.

I'll be fully present with you. As you share, I'll ask intuitive questions to dig down to what's really underneath; the belief that's been quietly running things, the story you've been living inside without realising it.

The session is led by you, but I'll guide and interrupt when I need to, because this is 90 minutes and every minute counts.

Depending on what you bring and where we go, we might:

  • Get underneath a thought or fear that keeps stopping you and see it for what it actually is

  • Identify a belief that's been writing the script, so it loses its grip on you

  • Reconnect you to your intuition - the part of you that already knows the answers

  • Shift your perspective on the situation that feels impossible right now

  • Find clarity on what it looks like when you are back in the driver's seat

You'll leave clearer, lighter, and with a perspective that actually changes how you move forward.

This is for you if:

  • You're post-divorce and feel like you're going around in circles

  • You have a group Whatsapp chat to get opinions on every next step because you stopped trusting yourself. (Mine was called “the committee”)
